Donnie Hanly is the broker of Pacific Capital Brokers, which he founded in 2001, and has closed over $200 million in home sales. Donnie has served as the President of Syncon Homes of California, Pacific Capital Brokers and several affiliated companies during his tenure. He was instrumental in growing Syncon Homes of California to over $100 million in annual revenue. Even with this hyperbolic growth, under his leadership, the division was honored with a top three JD Power quality customer rating for the Sacramento market, far exceeding any other private building company. Donnie graduated from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Finance. He holds California, Arizona, and Nevada real estate Broker licenses.
Glen Costanzo has over 20 years of experience in real estate. He formerly was Division President of Syncon Homes for over three years and part of the Pacific Capital Brokers executive team for eight years. At Syncon, he was responsible for the overall homebuilding operations including sales & marketing, construction, purchasing, and customer service. He has managed over 2,000 homes and over $700M in revenue throughout his career. He currently manages all of the agents and the escrow process for PCB. Glen is a California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo graduate where he majored in Construction Management and has held his real estate license since 2007.
Victoria Hanly has been working in real estate since 2004 serving the greater Sacramento area, Santa Barbara, and the Santa Ynez Valley. She is one of the more successful agents in the greater Sacramento area with over $10 million in annual transaction volume. Victoria loves the highly dynamic landscape of real estate, and the challenge to meet and exceed her client's real estate goals. She truly listens to her client’s wishes, and provides them with knowledge, honesty, integrity, and negotiating skills to obtain the best possible terms to meet their needs. Her goal is to guide you through your transaction smoothly to ensure the results you deserve. Victoria has a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from University of Gothenburg, in Gothenberg Sweden.

TJ Strandberg has been selling real estate in the greater Sacramento area since 2003. Since then, she has qualified for Sacramento Association of Realtors’ Master Club membership four times; Masters Club annual membership is awarded to the top 6% of agents countywide. She is very organized and takes pride in her ability to be responsive to the demands of her sellers, while at the same time makes her buyers feel as though they are her number one priority. TJ graduated from University of California, Davis with a double major in Economics and Psychology, and a double minor in Managerial Economics and Spanish. She holds a California Broker’s license.
Cole Buzdon is a lifetime Placer and Sacramento county resident, so naturally he knows the greater Sacramento area extremely well. He obtained his real estate license in 2004, which he followed with several years in the title and escrow business. Cole has an incredible ability to relate to buyers and with both parents licensed agents; he is experienced beyond his years. He graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a degree in Organizational Communications and is currently working on his California real estate Broker’s license.
